KWWS Class Cancellation Policy

Each class has a minimum number of students required to be registered prior to the class start. If we are unable to fill the minimum number of spots by the class deadline, we may cancel the class.  A full refund will be given to all who have paid for the class.

If you withdraw from the class before the start, a partial refund will be issued. KWWS will retain a non-refundable $50 fee to cover administrative costs of finding a new student to fill the spot.

No refunds will be issued once classes have begun or for any missed classes.
