Classes & Workshops

We are unable to refund the full price of the class.  We require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure a place in the course. This fee covers administration of finding a replacement so the class can continue to run. Only if a class has been cancelled by KWWS, a full refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, looms must be used in our studio.  However, if more time is needed to complete your project, please speak to your instructor about the possiblity of arranging extra weaving time.

We require a non-refundable deposit of $50 to secure a place in the course payable when the course is confirmed.. The full course fee is payable one week before the scheduled date of the first class. 

 Payment by e-transfer is preferred; please contact me for details. Your payment can also be made by cheque, payable to KW Weavers and Spinners and mailed to KWWS Classes, 161 Stirling Ave S., Kitchener ON N2G 3N8. 

Individuals who have not paid before the class has started may lose their place in the class.

Yes, however if it is an antique/vintage flax wheel, you may want to use our supplied spinning wheels for the first little while.  Those antiques, while we love them, spin fast.  Very fast!

Each class has a minimum number of students that are required to be signed up prior to the class running.  If we are unable to fill the minimum number of spots by the class deadline, we may cancel the class.  A full refund will be available to all who have signed up and paid for the class.
