River Birch Handwovens 

I have tried other fibre arts but am fascinated by weaving. Starting out with simple string and ending up with complex and multilayered cloth is always magical. Weaving connects me directly to the past but also allows creative exploration of modern forms and colours. I am inspired by nature, and enjoy trying to incorporate organic shapes and forms within the geometric constraints of weaving.
